Haiti is a beautiful country with warm and open people hungry for the power of God. Our mission in Haiti is to equip her people with wisdom of the Word of God and skill and knowledge in trades and business. Through these things, we hope to empower the future generations to bring about positive change in their families, communities, and their country.

In 2011, Pastor Ray announced that God had told him that Victory Worship Center would have an international ministry within the next 10 years. In 2014, VWC started taking short-term missions to the country of Haiti. On these trips, two members of VWC, Dwight and Pam Simmons, started to feel in their hearts that moving to Haiti was the call of God on their lives.
Established in 2021, Victory in Haiti is a global outreach with the vision of bringing a nation-changing revival to the people, infrastructure, and government in the country of Haiti. With an established team of full-time missionaries, our focus is to provide people with spiritual education through biblical studies and relationship-building, as well as economic opportunity through job creation and business training.
